How can we help?
Frequently asked questions
Order & shipping
How long does shipping take?
We typically ship within 1 business day.
You'll get a tracking number by email as soon as your order is on its way.
How do preorders work?
Preorder items ship as soon as they arrive in our warehouse. Each product page lists the expected ship date. Your card is charged when you place the order. If your order includes in-stock items and preorders, we ship in-stock items right away.
What is your return policy?
We don't accept returns, but if a game isn't right for you, we'll still refund it. Donate the game to a local library, school, or play space, then send us the donation receipt within 30 days of delivery. We'll refund the cost of the game once it's confirmed. Shipping costs are not refunded.
Do you ship internationally?
Not currently. We ship within the US only.
Do you sell to stores?
Yes! Retailers can order through Faire or apply for a wholesale account on our Wholesale page in the footer of our site.
Rules & pieces
Where can I find the rules for my game?
Every product page has a how-to-play guide and video. You can also scan the QR code on your rulebook for rules, video tutorials, and more.
I lost my rulebook. Can I get a new one?
You can download a PDF of the rules from your game's product page. If you can't find it, contact us and we'll help.
My game is missing a piece. What should I do?
Contact us with your order number (or where you bought the game), the game name, and what's missing. We'll do our best to accommodate, with no guarantees.
I have a rules question that isn't answered on the site. Who can I ask?
Ask us directly! Send us your question and we'll get back to you, usually within 2 business days. Common questions are answered in the FAQ on each game's product page.

Got a game? Pitch us!
We love seeing new designs, especially quick-to-teach family games with clever strategy. Send an email with the things below and we'll take a look.
What to include in your email
- Subject line: "Pitch: [Game name]"
- One-line hook and what makes it fun
- Players, play time and ages
- Sell sheet: a one-page PDF
- Gameplay video: a 2–5 minute link showing a few turns
- Rules as a PDF or shared link
- Playtesting so far: how many groups, what you changed
- A little about you and where else it's been pitched
Links beat big attachments. Please don't mail physical prototypes unless we ask for one.
What happens next
We do our best to reply to everyone, but reviewing pitches takes time, so please be patient with us. If it's a fit, we'll ask for a prototype or a video call.
